GXH - Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) CEO Resignation

Friday 14th August 2026

Text too small?

Following the sale of the Medical division, Group CEO Rachael Newfield has resigned and will leave Green Cross Health on 29 January 2027.

Rachael has led Green Cross Health through a significant period of change. This has included the divestment of both the Community Health and Medical divisions and transforming the company into a pharmacy-focused business. Rachael has led investment in initiatives such as the Health Hubs providing a platform for further service expansion and the opportunity for Pharmacy to have an increasing role in the New Zealand health system. The Board thanks her for her contribution and leadership.

With the Group now fully focused on its pharmacy operations, the Board will look to appoint a General Manager Pharmacy to lead the business through its next phase of growth.
