Philip,

So we have eliminated AMP

Now ING,MGP,KIP.

It just seems to me (uneducated watcher) that the combined income (10%+) and potential gains at the level of inflation plus low volatility of share price make most of them at least as good as fixed interest /corporate bonds both short and longer term.
