It amazes me that there was someone out there gullible enough to have

actually gone out and bought some of these shares-CBD

In Jan. 2004 the directors issued shares to pay back a debt of $750000

The issue price was 0.002 per share.

So after the consolidation of shares this would give you a current shareprice

of 10 c

Remember , this is what the directors (insiders) think the shares are worth.

The NTA is .001

I would trust the directors valuation

It's been said before but i'll say it again -DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH

It took me about 15 minutes to discover that this one was absolute crap.
