| Cris, Because a broker places a valuation of $1-57 at a 
given time it does not have to come with a Buy recommendation . Just as if 
MacDunk saw fit to value RBD at $3 it does not follow that it is a Buy . The 
better word is accumulate.. That in itself is an open ended recommendation. 
At what price do they mean to periodically accumulate . The share may never 
retreat to that level .RBD does seem pretty volatile though.       David
