                               New Zealand Launch

Pacific Media Plc ('Pacific Media') is pleased to announce that Sirius Retail
Television Limited ('SRTV'), its recently acquired wholly-owned subsidiary, has
incorporated a New Zealand company and will now launch TV shopping operations
there on a permanent basis following a series of successful pilot schemes. This
operation will initially focus on a number of products that have been
particularly successful in the UK under the TV Warehouse brand.

As a result Pacific Media's two wholly-owned TV shopping operations, TV Media
and SRTV, are now operating in the following countries: UK, China, Japan, Korea,
Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. As announced on 12 February, a
launch in Taiwan, by way of a joint venture with Oak Lawn Marketing Inc., is
imminent.

Ed Hall, Chief Executive of SRTV, said: 'This is a natural extension of our
existing business in Australia and was a key part of the original SRTV business
plan. We look forward to working with TV Media on sourcing products for this new
market.'

Clive Ng, Pacific Media Group Chief Executive, commented: 'This launch further
validates Pacific Media's acquisition of SRTV and establishes the Group's
presence in Australasia. Our expansion continues.'
