Hi Chatters

Nothing much has happened since my last post  in Riverside Hamilton sky casino .......It is just as popular now as when it opened ..The honeymoon period continues.........opposition groups seemed to have have vanished ......and business now is carrying on with profits assured......The complex is nearing completion with the cafe's and small businesses taking up residency within the complex.
The press are now complementing the entire operation as an asset for Hamilton, both tourist and entertainment wise and it seems to be a magnet for visitors and Hamiltonians alike.

Riverside have put on extra staff so one can assume that they will be above budget at the end of their first financial year ( I recall they budgeted $27m for the first year .....I am not sure of the figure so don't quote me on that ..maybe some one can confirm it......)

If I am correct SKC own 1/3  of Riverside....Perry Corp  1/3  and Tainui  1/3

I was incorrect with the carpark capacity with my last post .....There is not 6 levels of carparking but 8  ...1/2 levels   ( equivalent to 4 levels )  Each 1/2 level holds about 25 car parks ....so 200 cars can be accommodated under the complex for a  fee
