Hi Gordon

Have had a brief  look at the prospectus
This company looks similar to Capital Properties
The main difference between the two is that paramount appears to be an offshoot from  Symphony
(the property developers) It is claimed in the prospectus that the unit holders will benifit from this
relationship with Symphony
The same people are involved with both companies so you have to ask  the question;  will Paramount
always act in the best interests of the  unit holders or will they be a willing buyer of any Symphony
development.
The property market is boyant at the moment with rents and property values rising and there is no
reason why this shouldn't continue but established property companies stand to benifit more than
start ups having bought property at more reasonable prices.
The properties which paramount have bought look like excelent properties and the yeild is tops.
With overseas money coming into the country property values could continue rising for some time.
