Hans,
      You may yet be right, but it needs a fall below the lowest point between 
the two peaks for a double top to be confirmed as a valid formation. (ie. it 
must fall below 2860) 
 For what it's worth, statistically, double tops are one of the less reliable 
chart patterns.
