I have sent off the log file to them, after following the troubleshooting
tips. I cannot see what else I can do and might have to give up altho I'd
like to be able to follow their references with real charts that I can
create using their software.
I am not considering TA as the be all and end all of decision making, only
as part of it.
I feel that many market participants use TA and so it becomes a self
fulfilling process, rightly or wrongly. For this reason I believe I should
familiarise myself the techniques.

I have been using incredible charts for about 7 months on a daily basis &
dont find any problems with it though I have an adsl high speed line. My
suggestion is you email incredible charts & see if they can give you any
tips regarding this matter or perhaps check your "timed out" disconnect on
your modem setup if you use 56k modem.
It can take awhile for it to register & download initially.

The reference section is impeccable & as Phaedrus pointed out to me many
months ago it is probably the best on the net. Go to the LTI series in
sharechat & you will find a refernce to an online TA book, called Technical
analysis A - Z. (or search google) Combine this with incredible charts
reference section & you will have many months of study that will cover
almost all you need to know. I have bought a few books since that discuss
tactics and technique but for my money or more correctly no money this is
the best there is.

Once again sort the incredible charts problem out dont leave it, or you will
regret it if you are serious about learning.
