[sharechat] Auckland International Airport kowtow's to ?

From: Ross Drummond <rs.drummond@xtra.co.nz>

As an Auckland International Airport share holder I was shocked and
disappointed that they bowed to pressure from the mainland chinese
government and ordered that a paid advertisement from the Falong Gong
movement be removed.

The mainland chinese government is an unelected dictatorship. It is
interested only in perpetuating the rule of the Communist Party even if at
the detriment of interests of the Chinese people.

A ruling junta that is so insecure about it's legitimacy to govern that it
demands the removal of a poster in the Antipodes should be politely told
'go take a running jump'.

I am disappointed that the Airport placed the legitimate business interests
of one of it's consessionaires and the liberal values of free speech held by
most New Zealanders, second to a bunch of self serving individuals who claim
to be a legitimate government.
