Re: [sharechat] Gold, gold, gold

Ben

I don't want to reply to all of this but you asked "Well, what's gold? Does
gold have any real practical value in the world? No. Gold is just another
currency, whose value is determined by speculators and perception"

Well, what's the paper in your wallet worth? In reality - nothing. It's
only worth what central banks say its worth. And as these banks manipulate
the market your dollar gets manipulated along with it. There is no
comparing index to say what your dollar is worth. Gold price is compared to
the dollar (ie $327 per ounce - up again!). What is the dolar price
compared to? Nothing. What is it worth? Nothing.

"Anyway - gold is great if you're on board the train. But watch out,
because it will get derailed somewhere along the path"

Agree here. Just like the dollar is derailing in US and DOW is there too!

Thanks for the replies. I am just trying to give people food for thought.

Nk
