Interesting move by Restaurant Brands into Australia:

Like WHS, makes sense from a growth perspective and it sounds like they may
have a reasonable deal on the sites.  Having said that, there are a lot of
popular local pizzerias in Aussie and from what I understand quite a few
more players in the pizza delivery sector than the company now has to
contend with in NZ.  Essentially they will have to revive a flagging brand.
Synergy opportunities sound reasonable.  I don't know much about the
Victorian market in particular though - can anyone else shed any light?
