[sharechat] Tax considerations

Many thanks to those who answered my "trading shares as a company " message

If you begin trading  shares on a regular basis as an individual and the IRD
deems that you are a trader, they will begin taxing all your trades.

The question I want to ask, is this classification permanent? Or is it that
after a certain period that you do not trade, the IRD will no longer deem
you as a "trader"?
