Jerry,
       Since NUF is/was in an uptrend, it is appropriate to use trend 
indicators to monitor its performance. I have used the same optimised trend 
indicators as in the ELD chart. They are :-

(1) Parabolic SAR (Stop And Reverse)   SELL
(2) DMI (Directional Movement Indicator) SELL
(3) PFE (Polarized Fractal Efficiency)  SELL
Other Indications :-
(4) Trendline Break   SELL
(5) Close below previous Support level ($4.05)  SELL
(6) New Downtrend (Lower Low, after a Lower High)  SELL

 Unequivocal - Yes?
