DPC is 20% weighing in my portfolio at the moment and I am very happy too

Now that BCA has gone from our shores what do people think of DPC. It has changed its structure, so exposure to any downturn fairly minimal, pays a dividend,Ceo largest shareholder.Return on total assets have been stable for last three years & earnings per share have improved for the last 5 years.
Directors control 50% of company + Bill Birch on board ( the only listed company directership he has agreed to take on -not personally that I give this a lot of weight )
Green & McCahill one of the largest & smartest private investors also have a large shareholding + board representation.
Comment would be appreciated.
