Maybe ethnic cleansing is what's going on in Wilson Neill - I hold a small
position for historical
reasons and some regular amusement.

Its interesting though what effect holding even a small amount of a share does
to one
psychologically. Any reference is greeted with fevered interest, one keeps
files of newspaper
clippins, reports, analysis, know when the reports are due, the ex dividend & &.
Its probably good practice to have a small holding in everything except the no
hoper losers on the
NZSE as it keeps you on your toes and ready to strike when an opportunity
presents.

An interesting article re the current accounting practices witch-hunt.

"The New York Post stories about Cisco are a template for attacking every
technology company in
America. An over-zealous fervor to wipe out even the most slightly suspicious
corporate behavior
threatens to become the business equivalent of ethnic cleansing – call it
"Enronic cleansing."
