Greg - what are your reason's why?  Because the stock is "cheap" compared to where it has been historically?  Or because of fundamentals?

I remember people (including me) saying that TEL was "cheap" at $6.50.  Why?  Because it was cheaper than when it was $9.50.  But that doesn't necessarily make the stock a good buy.  We have to look at the underlying business fundamentals. (Incidentally, this is said with making TEL a long term investment in mind - NOT trading TEL, which is great fun, and the business fundamentals are pretty much irrelevant).

I have to say that I agree with Viewpoint's prior post.  TEL are having issues with AAPT in Australia (rumours of job losses etc) and I can't say the future growth opportunities look especially bright at this stage.  Of course, I would stand corrected if this is not the case.

Best Regards

(Disc. do not hold TEL).

So Telecom's  a "Dog" is it. I'd say you'd have to be barking mad not to be holding any at current prices.
