SKC has announced that every share will be split into 2 shares: A 1:1 share split!

Record date: 16 Nov.2001.-- To be confirmed.

Comment: This action will allow the share price to creep up to a new level over time, giving SKC the opportunity to split them again later, once profits are up and the business has settled down!
