REL: 1550 HRS Sky City Entertainment Group Limited (NS)

CAPREC: SKC: SHARE SPLIT ANNOUNCED

Sky City Entertainment Group advises that it will split its ordinary shares.
Each of the existing ordinary shares in the company will be subdivided into
two ordinary shares.

The record date for determining the shares to be subdivided is 5pm on Friday
16/11/2001 and the subdivision will be completed on the basis of the Sky City
shares register as at that record date.
