Sold to Caltex for up to $ 53 Mill.

The total to be received for the fuel depots and stations, will be $NZ 73 mill. against cost of $ 20 mill.!!!

RBC has increased the buy - back from $ 40 mill. to $ 60 mill!

4pm Austr. E .time :RBC shares moved up by 8.5 %!
