[sharechat] NUF Delisting

What is the effect to shareholders of this share when they delist off the NZSE?

I noticed yesterday they dropped 14 cents which indicates to me that shareholders here aren't to impressed?

I hold some of these shares and I assume at the end of the delisting process I will still own these shares. Is there any downside for me in the delisting process?
