Just how bad is it going to get for NZR with the impact of this diesel
problem?

I seem to recall a similar fuel contamination problem in Australia last year
with aviation fuels.Does anyone recall who got hurt in respect of
remediation and compensation costs.What magnitude?Maybe an illuminating
precedent.

I guess NZR and the oil companies have to take a "no compensation" stance to
begin with but I can't believe that it's possible to distribute a product
that isn't "fit for purpose" under NZ consumer legislation.There must be a
cost comeback to hit the shares as a result of this problem.

I would suggest it's a good time to review your reason for buying NZR and
how long you intend to hold.
