 Dear Hugh Webber,
Thanks for your compliments!
In return, I can only say that I carefully monitor your contributions. They
are crafted well and give the reader something to think about !
I like depth in an article and your entry of Dec.23
is very interesting.
Those investors who have been in the market for quite some time will have a
few stories to tell: I think that Goodman got rid of his plane as well. Did
PDL have one?
Yes, I remember sir G. Chapman who was chairman of 'Landmark'.
I spent some time looking over the Landmark buildings in Auckland and
admired their selections.
Sir George and Olly Newland did a good job though: They provided
me with the money for a trip to Europe to see my parents!!
I have a lot of sympathy for Ron Brierly!
Wishing you an interesting and profitable
New Year,
Gerry
