Hi everyone,

Natural Gas Corp is trading at close to it's two year low and seems
strangely undervalued at present levels.

I haven't followed this share much in the past, but trading over the last
fortnight seems to have improved slightly with good volumes. At $1.40 the
charts now show NCH trading approximately 30% lower than for this time last
year and yet the company seems to have been progressive throughout this
period. 

Over the last 6 months NCH has provided investors with a healthy annual
profit result (27% increase on previous year), acquired Trans Alta and
announced a major supply agreement with Chelsea Sugar Co.

I have read of recent problems relating to call centres and billing issues
from the Trans Alta acquistion, however I would assume these types of
problems while causing PR. nightmares, would not be the reason for the lack
lustre share performance over many months.

I understand that some Brokers rate NCH as a buy at around $2.00 and recent
media articles including some postings and share news articles suggest there
is a good future for well managed electricity and gas providers. NCH being a
possible front runner!

$1.40 just seems too cheap! So what am I and possibly many others missing?
 
If I can get some honest info and opinions before I jump in too deep, it
would be appreciated.
