[sharechat] Depth of reporting to NZSE - Commsoft

The lack of effort by the NZSE to keep NZ investors informed still continues.

Look what CSG reported to the ASX - 8 announcements that included the full financials as required by ASX ( even if late) along with a better commentary on events. Even quarterly financial comparisons

Considering the announcements made on the NZSE seem to from the basis of news reporting in this country only part of the story is ever seen by most investors - unless they go looking for it.

Maybe the reporting rules are different - but surely if they are why can't the NZSE follow suit with the ASX? Or shouldn't companies like CSG insist on the same for both countries?

No doubt not a problem next year - one reason why the merger should go ahead.

Peter
