YES IT WILL.  HANDS UP ALL THOSE ON THIS FORUM THAT VOTED FOR THE
SOCIALISTS.  DON'T HIDE BEHIND YOUR SCREENS BECAUSE THERE ARE AT LEAST
3-4 OUT OF 10 OF YOU.  I AM NOT ONE OF THEM.  
BUT--- IT WILL BE A PLEASANT OCTOBER COS SUMMER IS ON THE WAY.  THAT
POSES THE QUESTION.  WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE ECONOMIC DEPRESSION AND FINE
WEATHER OR ECONOMIC DEPRESSION AND A CRAPPY ENGLISH WINTER!  I KNOW WHAT
I'D HAVE!
