[sharechat] Unscheduled outage today, and scheduled outage tomorrow

Hi everyone,

As many of you will have no doubt noticed, sharechat has been down for 
several hours today.  Our service providers had a power brown-out, which 
took out our system.

There will unfortunately also be a short outage early tomorrow afternoon, 
as our provider is moving location.  This should only be ~half an hour.

We apologise for the inconvenience and lack of notice.
