John, 
Don't get too excited. There was an item on TV1
Business show this morning where an analyst said that
companies such as ADV had to go back to shareholders
for more money to fund future acquisitions because the
tech money pot was basically getting dry. ADV buys
some software/hardware company every second month and
to continue that growth strategy, it needs more money.
Look at the ADV share price - it is going down today.
In any big development, huge movements in the share
price is the biggest indicator.
