[sharechat] FRO traded in error

Apparently trading in FRO should not have happened this morning and all
trading ceased at 9:40am

Interesting situation for the trades which took place between 9:30 and
9:40am if they were still in a state of suspension and the exchange
permitted them to be traded then they are non trades surely ?
