[sharechat] DFM practice

We have to give some credit to DFM for running one of the best on-line trading
systems available in the country. However, some of its management is shocking.
I heard at least in one case that an investor purchased some shares through
DFM and later sold part of the purchase(naturally the purchase was never
registered with ComputerShare). To his disbelief, instead of selling the
unregistered shares he held with DFM account, DFM actually deducted the shares
from his holding with ComputerShare which he had bought through another
brokerage firm some time ago. Quality service and ethics? You'll be the
judge!
