[sharechat] flc chairman's resignation

Any opinions on how much of an impact the resignation of Kerry Hoggard will have on the fletchers stocks in the short term?

Coming from a board who claim to be acting out of concern over the discount the market has applied to the fletcher shares, I cant think of too many things that he could have done which could be more damaging in that respect.
