RE: [sharechat] Listed Shells

What are the implications for shareholders of stocks which look like
becoming shells? I notice that AQL has bought a stake in an ASX shell
(Bliss), and they propose that Bliss acquire the AQL assets and those of
Oceanis, I presume in order to complete the merger and effect a cheap
ASX listing in the process, as they have previously indicated they wish
to do.

If so, how will this affect shareholders (like myself)? Id rather not
own shares in a company which is just treading water, waiting for
someone to come along and buy it out.
