[sharechat] Transalta Takeover

Transalta Canada says accept their offer of $2.50.   
Hutt Mana Energy Trust says keep the shares.   Any 
opinions as to who is right?   
For those who do accept the offer should they hold on in 
the meantime to get the dividend entitlement? SNOOPY
