There are no problems with our end that I'm aware of.  Unfortunately the 
java applet only works well on version 4 or 5 browers, and I see that 
you're using Netscape 3, so that's probably the problem.

The best solutions are to either upgrade your browser, or download a 
seperate IRC client.  I recommend mIRC, available at www.mirc.com, which is 
quite popular amongst Windows 95 (and other versions of Windows) users such 
as yourself.
