TSK - Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Sydney, Australia – TASK Group Holdings Limited (TASK or the Company) announces that Mr Mitchell Bowen has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Mr Bowen has advised the Board that he is stepping down in order to balance his Board duties with his other increasing professional commitments.

 

TASK Group Chairman Bill Crichton and CEO Daniel Houden thanked Mr Bowen for his contribution and counsel over the past 12 months.
