SDL - Governance and Management Changes

Solution Dynamics (SDL) advises that CEO, Pat Brand, has a serious family medical issue that will reduce his involvement and leadership of the business going forward.

The Directors and management team will provide full support to Pat during this period as he and the business transition.

John McMahon, currently Non-Executive Director and Chair will assume the role of Executive Director to provide oversight of the business in the interim, with Andy Preece, currently Non-Executive Director taking the role of Vice-Chair.

The Directors and SDL staff would like to express best wishes to Pat and his family. Due to the personal nature of this matter, no further details relating to Pat are available. The Board will provide additional information to shareholders during this process as circumstances develop.

SDL advises that it intends to recommence its buyback, starting next week.
