Asset Plus (NZX: APL ) is pleased to confirm that the sale of Stoddard Road has settled this afternoon. From the sale proceeds, $36.35 million has been repaid to BNZ with overall facility limits reducing by $33 million to $52 million.
Drawn debt now stands at $37.3 million, with further drawings to be made to fund completion of the Munroe Lane development. A further update will be provided as part of the 2023 financial year results announcement which is being announced on 29 May 2023.
