Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT ) advises that 23 September 2022 is the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the annual general meeting.

Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on 23 September 2022 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting to be held on Thursday 3 November 2022 and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated.
