MWE - Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Further to the announcement made by Marlborough Wine Estates Group Limited (“MWE”) on Friday, 6 December 2024 and the shareholders meeting results announced on Friday, 20 December 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that MWE will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in MWE will be Tuesday, 31 December 2024, with MWE ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, MWE ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and MWE will delist from close of business on Monday, 6 January 2025.
