Synlait confirms Bright Dairy vote received

In Synlait Milk Limited’s (Synlait) Notice of Annual Meeting released on 29 September 2025, Bright Dairy Holding Limited (Bright Dairy) stated that it would irrevocably cast its postal vote in favour of the ‘North Island Sale’ (as defined in the Notice of Annual Meeting) and all other resolutions before the Annual Meeting.

Synlait confirms that its share registrar has received Bright Dairy’s postal vote and that it has been cast in favour of all resolutions before the Annual Meeting.

The Notice of Meeting, which can be viewed on Synlait’s website, contains detailed information on the sale, the reasons for it, and how to vote and attend the Annual Meeting, which will be on Friday 21 November 2025.
