Home loan rates finally rise

Finally we have some home loan rates; nearly a week after the Reserve Bank increased the offical cash rate 25 points to 3.00%.

ASB and Sovereign are increasing their floating and six month rates 25 points each.

Their floating rates go to 6.25% and 6.35% respectively and six month rates to 6.35% and 6.50%. However they are dropping rates for two years or more between five and 15 points. Full details here.
