PHL - CEO Appointment

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL ) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Stuart Bilbrough as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Stuart is a chartered accountant based in Auckland and has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Stuart was previously the Chief Executive Officer (and before that, Chief Financial Officer) of NZX-listed Radius Care. He has also held the role of Chief Financial Officer of Tamaki Health, New Zealand's largest network of primary care and urgent care medical clinics.

Stuart’s industry experience together with a strong commercial background in strategy development and financial planning and delivery give the PHL Board confidence that Stuart is suited to lead the next stage of growth for PHL.
