NZ RegCo statement - Rob Hamilton

NZ RegCo notes the announcement this morning on the appointment of Rob Hamilton to the NZX Limited board.

In October 2021, Rob was appointed as a member of NZX’s listing subcommittee – the external advisory body that supports NZX and NZ RegCo in assessing new listing applications.

With Rob’s appointment to the NZX Board, he has retired from his role on the listing subcommittee with immediate effect.

NZ RegCo acknowledges Rob’s contributions to the work of the listing subcommittee.
