Chorus announces interim CFO and CCO

Chorus is pleased to announce two interim internal appointments to its executive team. This decision follows the news on 27 February 2024 that Mark Aue will succeed JB Rousselot as Chief Executive Officer.

Effective 15 April 2024, Katrina Smidt, current Deputy Chief Financial Officer, will step into the role of acting Chief Financial Officer. Similarly, Chorus' Head of Customer Engagement, Darren McLean, has been appointed as acting Chief Commercial Officer. Both Ms Smidt and Mr McLean will continue their current responsibilities, ensuring a seamless transition.

Chorus anticipates the executive search for a Chief Operating Officer could take several months, reflecting its commitment to find the ideal candidate.
