Kate has significant governance experience as a director of both private and public companies. Chair of the Board, David Hearn, said: “We are pleased to appoint Kate as a director of the Company. She is a highly capable individual who brings valuable skills and experience in finance, risk and governance and is an excellent successor to Julia Hoare to Chair our Audit and Risk Management Committee.

“The Board would also like to acknowledge the exceptional service that outgoing Deputy Chair, Julia Hoare has made to The a2 Milk Company over many years. We thank Julia for her significant contribution,” said Mr Hearn.
