Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited is seeking to raise NZ$15 million through an Initial Public Offering of shares to be listed on the NZAX.

Summary of Offer
- $15 million shares to be issued to the public
- Shares to be issued at $1.00 each (minimum application is for 1000 shares, and in denominations of 100 thereafter)
- Options - Shares will be issued with 1 option for every 5 shares
- No oversubscriptions will be accepted
- Closing Date is July 16th 2007
