Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) Chief Executive Grant Watson announces further changes to the company’s executive leadership team, following changes to the structure announced last month.

Adam Maxwell has been appointed Director of Ingredients. Adam is currently Synlait’s Head of Ingredients and has played a critical role in the recovery of this business. Adam is an experienced sales and business development executive. Prior to joining Synlait, he was GM, Marketing and Sales at Dairyworks.

As part of the broader executive team leadership changes announced last month, Synlait is farewelling Director – Nutritionals and Ingredients, Martijn Jager, who has decided to leave the business. Martijn has played a significant role in Synlait's growth story over the previous six years, including building a valuable portfolio of new growth opportunities. He leaves with Synlait’s best wishes and thanks.

Changes are effective 1 September 2022. Further appointments will be announced to the market as they are made.
