Embark Education ('EVO') - Trading Suspension & Delisting

Further to the announcement made by Embark Education Group Limited (“EVO”) on 21 June 2023 and the shareholder meeting results announced on 6 June 2023, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, subject to meeting certain delisting conditions, EVO will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

 

The final day of trading in EVO will be today, Monday, 26 June 2023, with EVO ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business today. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, EVO ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and EVO will delist from close of business on Thursday, 6 July 2023.
