VTL - Director Resignation - Reg Barrett

Vital Limited (VTL) advises that Mr Reg Barrett has tendered his resignation as a director of the company, effective 28 February 2023.

Chair John McMahon on behalf of the board and the wider business notes his appreciation of Reg’s valuable contribution to VTL. The support, commercial experience and communications domain knowledge provided during his time on the board has been of significant benefit to VTL over the past seven years. We wish Reg all the best for the future.
