ikeGPS Group Limited (ASX/NZX: IKE ) or IKE, today announces that non-executive director Rick Christie, effective 1 May 2024 , will step-aside from the IKE Board.
Rick Christie has decided to step down from IKE’s Board after serving first as the company’s Chair from the time of its listing, as a very early stage business in 2014, and then as a non-executive director for the past three years or so.
IKE Chair, Alex Knowles, said: “Over the past nearly ten years years Rick has been a vital member of our Board while we have launched and built a software business addressing the needs of the North American electric utility market. I want to acknowledge his leadership to drive the substantial growth of our business.”
Rick Christie said: “After almost ten years on the board, I'm proud of IKE and the team that keeps our culture, performance, and technology excellence at the heart of everything we do. Even after this period time, it feels like we’re still at the beginning of an amazing market opportunity and that we are in a very strong position as we help to electric utility and communcations businesses assess, design, and build their distribution networks.”
Alex Knowles commented further: "As IKE continues to grow its customer footprint across the North American market, we are committed to further evolving the Board's capabilities to help realise IKE’s long term opportunity."
